Implementation Execution Services consist of (but not limited to):
- Requirements and Design - Beginning with an "up front" assessment of your work environment, this process includes a hardware configuration plan, reference data planning and input, and documentation supporting the solution. It also includes defining workflow requirements, equipment templates and system administration.
- Installation and Configuration Support - We provide on-site and remote, pre- and post-installation verification and installation verification testing. Also included is workflow development, equipment template development.
- Acceptance - We develop acceptance test plans and conduct joint integrated customer tests to ensure that the solution (including all interfaces, flows and methods and procedures) operates according to the requirements.
- Go Live - We offer on-site support for transition from the test environment to the production environment and consultative support for additional work center cutovers.
